Make your own Cadbury Sponge Cake!
Ready in 3 easy steps:
1) Preheat oven to 160°C (180°C Fan) Gas Mark 4. Grease and Line sandwich cake tins
2) In a jug, blend the eggs, milk & oil. Place the Cadbury Chocolate Sponge mix into a bowl, pour in the eggm mil and oil and gently mix thn whisk for 1 minute until smooth and creamy, DO NOT OVER MIX
3) Pour cake mix evenly between the two prepared sandich tins and level with a spoon, bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the sponge comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Sandwich together, fill and top with your favorite chocolate icing or cream and enjoy!
