New name, new look but of course the same good taste as before! This is the Pearl Milling Comapny pancake mix that you whip up the fastest. You just need to add water. No oil or eggs needed. Pearl Milling Comapny Original Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix provides a smooth and fluffy pancake batter with perfect little lumps. The consistency is light without being too full of air. The result is delicious, golden American pancakes in a snap!

Usage Information
You need 2 cups (= 4.7 dl) pancake mix, 1 1/2 cups (= 3.6 dl) water.
1. Heat the frying pan on medium heat
2. Mix the mix with water and stir to a smooth batter. Let rest for 1-2 minutes.
3. Pour 1/4 cup (= 0.6 dl) of batter into the frying pan with a dab of butter/oil
4. Flip the pancake when it becomes bubbly and the bottom is golden brown
